Thank you for your interest in our rescue program and for considering adopting one of our GSPs! We created the following questionnaire to assist in finding the appropriate dog for you.  We ask for your understanding in that we are by no means questioning your integrity. It is our sole intent to ensure your satisfaction, and our dogs' welfare. This questionnaire is the first step in our adoption process. You will be called or emailed shortly after your application is received, usually within 3-5 days.

If your questionnaire does not submit for any reason, or if you have not received a reply within five days, please contact us at adopt@norcalgsprescue.com.  We are an all-volunteer organization and strive to respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

Attention: We cannot adopt to families with children under 6 years old.
