Good news! Daisy May is now available for adoption to homes in the western US and Canada! Interested parties outside Northern California need to be willing to drive to the foster home’s location for an in-person meeting prior to or in conjunction with pick up. Please note that we do not ship dogs.
Gentle 11-year-old Daisy May is full of love and affection! When she first came into foster care, this sweet senior had been plagued by skin issues that left her itchy and covered in sores. On top of that, she was diagnosed with Cushing’s Disease. But now, with proper treatment and lots of TLC, she’s made great progress, including trimming off her extra pounds. She’s ready to find her forever home!
Daisy May is an energetic girl who enjoys hikes, walks, and runs in the countryside. Another favorite pastime is hunting for critters. She’s good in the house, gets along great with other dogs, and she really loves people. She’ll give you her paw to shake!
Because of her known medical conditions that will require ongoing veterinary care and medications, Daisy May will come with a significant stipend to help offset the cost of her care.
