The shelter staff described young Rusty as a “rockstar,” but they were short on space and asked us to take him in. His first foster home found him to be as a sweet cuddle bug and a clown. But Rusty needed more space to run, so he tried two more foster homes before finding the right one. Thank you to the volunteers who helped foster Rusty (Carla & Ed, Rodney, Charlotte & Al).
