Honey

Meet Honey! 🐾

Honey is a 6-year-old, 35-pound spayed female looking for a new loving home due to unforeseen changes in her family. This independent and affectionate girl is full of energy and charm, ready to bring joy to her future family.

What makes Honey special?

Social Butterfly: Honey is great with other dogs yet is just as happy as the only pet in the house. She mostly does her own thing while enjoying a playful moment here and there.
Cat-Friendly: She’s fine with cats indoors; outdoors, she might give them a playful chase (always in fun, never harm). Chickens, however, are not her thing.
Kid-Loving: Honey adores kids and greets everyone with enthusiasm. Her energy might be a bit much for very small children, while her love and affection are boundless.
Quirky & Fun: Honey is a “talker,” making hilarious sounds when she wants to communicate. She loves birdwatching, playing chase, and snuggling up after a day of fun.

What else to know?

House-Trained & Obedient: Honey knows basic obedience cues and is house-trained.
Good Health: She’s microchipped, vaccinated, and in great health. She’ll come with vet records.
Independent Yet Affectionate: During the day, Honey enjoys her freedom to roam inside the home and outside in the yard and can’t wait for cuddles in the evening. She does well by herself if you work away from home.
Things to keep in mind: Honey isn’t an escape artist but will run if a door or gate is left open. She thrives on affection and treats and needs plenty of activity to channel her high energy. A home where she can stay active and engaged would be ideal.

If you’re looking for a loving, quirky, and energetic companion, Honey might be the perfect fit!
