10-month old Velma arrived in rescue with siblings and had not had much experience with new things. She was nervous while in boarding, but warmed up to her foster home. She absolutely loved playing with her foster brother Louie (formerly Heinz) and learned potty training and crate training, along with sit, down, wait, heel, and fetch. Velma has gained so much confidence and is now named Lilly. She lucked out to be adopted by her foster parents who also adopted her foster brother and have lots of prior GSP experience!
