Windy is in urgent need of a foster home in Northern California!
Windy needs our help. She is currently an outdoor-only dog who is not getting the exercise and attention she needs. Windy is a friendly dog with a lovely personality, energetic and enthusiastic, who is ready to learn the finer things in life. With care and exercise, she’ll drop those extra pounds. You’ll be instrumental in helping us learn more about Windy, and her foster home gets the first option to adopt her. Transportation to your home will be provided.
