Six-year-old Belle had a rough start in life. She was found in a cruelty case along with another adult dog and three puppies–all severely underweight and flea infested. Despite her history, Belle came into rescue with a very gentle spirit. It took time for this sweet, timid girl to realize that humans can be loving and kind. Seeing her gain confidence has been deeply rewarding. She’s now in a forever home where she can enjoy the best part of her life, surrounded by three loving adults and a mixed-breed small canine companion.
