Chloe was a stray who ended up at the shelter. Her previous owner must have lost his/her mind not to reclaim this fantastic dog. Oh well, their loss is Chloe’s gain! She’s found a new home with a young lady who was looking for a running partner and she and Chloe will be hitting the pavement on a daily basis. Everyone can just eat their dust!
