Nine-year-old Chloe hated the shelter and lost seven pounds there. Once she was out of that stressful place and in a foster home, her tail never stopped wagging. She displayed excellent manners, got along great with her senior GSP brother and respected boundaries. Her experienced foster dad uses a checklist of positive and negative features to help place dogs in appropriate homes. With Chloe, the list was all positives, no negatives.
