Young Coupe turned up at the shelter with a ligament tear and a cut paw pad on his left hind leg, causing him to limp. Despite his injury, his foster family found him intelligent, loving, and good with kids and adults (even cats). On the other hand, he was uncomfortable in the car and pulled like a sled dog on a leash, even with his injured leg. Coupe’s foster home patiently nursed him back to health. Thank you to Coupe’s short-term foster and Renuka, Craig, and kids for fostering Coupe for almost nine months until he could find his perfect permanent home.
