My name is Timber.
I am a neutered male, black and white German Shorthaired Pointer.
The shelter staff think I am about 2 years old.I have been at the shelter since Nov 12, 2024.
Additional information provided by the animal control officer who has had him at her home.
Timber was dumped in a rural area of our county that on Veteran’s Day. Timber got along great with dogs and his cats. Timber even did great with children and the youngest one is only a toddler.
What I can tell you about Timber is that he is an escape artist! He can easily jump fences and is very high energy.
He likes to be with people and in the house.
It is reported that he is not good at hunting, this is one of the reason people have not kept him.
He seems to like and get along with cats and other dogs (both male and female).
He showed no aggression to goats or pigs.
He is reported to have seizures, but none have been observed.
He is neutered and current on all vaccines.
He listens very well.
