We’re sad to tell you that we had to say goodbye to Hans last week. His health had been deteriorating over the past 6 months – he had developed classic signs of dementia and his back legs were failing (physical, as well as neurological).
He was a sweet, gentle boy that really opened up in our home. He enjoyed playing with stuffed animals, chasing the tennis ball, going on walks (albeit, so slowly!) and, most of all, eating food. :) We will miss him greatly and we’re glad that we had almost 2 years with this big goof!
Thanks for letting us adopt him. We’d love to adopt from you again, in the future, but we’re going to take a little break for now…
