Phoebe was a super sweet but extremely timid girl when she first came into the rescue program. As soon as she arrived, her foster mother knew immediately that she had a bigger purpose to fulfill and Phoebe has done just that! She is going to help her forever dad and work to become a certified therapy dog. This loving girl has really come into her own and now has the opportunity of a lifetime. She is going to thoroughly enjoy all the quality time she can spend with her forever mom and dad; including playing lots of ball and eating up all the attention she will get. Congratulations Phoebe!
