What are the specifications for custom artwork?

How do I order?

Can I order more than 12 bottles?

Yes! Of course you can! There is no maximum.

Can I mix and match my personalized label with the Pointer Ridge label?

Yes! You can select any combination of wines and labels.

Is shipping really just $5?

Yes!  It’s just $5 per order to a single address in the contiguous states that allow wine shipping. Costs are higher to Alaska and Hawaii.

What else do I need to know about shipping?

$5 shipping applies to the continental US to 42 approved states. Rates are higher to Alaska and Hawaii. Cannot ship to: AR, DE, MS, RI, or UT. Please note that someone over 21 must be available to sign for the delivery, the carrier cannot leave alcohol without an adult signature and will make up to 3 attempts.

Why can't wines be shipped to all 50 states?

Unfortunately, each state sets its own laws around the shipping of alcohol. The winery is happy to ship to all states that allow it. Currently, wine cannot be shipped to: AR, DE, MS, RI, or UT.

What about shipping to Canada?

Sorry, wine cannot be shipped to Canada. But maybe you have a friend in the US that could receive it for you, and you could pick it up when you visit?

Can I buy these wines at a store?

No, these wines are only available direct. Because Windsor Vineyards sells directly to the consumer, there are no expensive distributor markups, allowing you to enjoy fine wines at significant savings over retail pricing (as much as 40%). For example, a $16 bottle of chardonnay would be comparable to a $27 – $32 bottle of chardonnay at a store.
