When young Stinson first arrived at his new foster home, his foster mom reported that he excelled at jumping on people, chasing cars, and un-stuffing toys at top speed. And that he was atrocious at walking on a leash. Nonetheless, she loved his enthusiasm for meeting new people and dogs, going for car rides, playing, hunting, and wagging his tail non-stop.
