We think it’s safe to say it was love at first sight for Oscar and his new mom. She fell in love with Oscar and “his crooked little grin” in his photos and then the match was confirmed when the two met in person. After such a long road to recovery, we couldn’t be happier that Oscar found the perfect home to be his quirky little self forever! Thank you so much to Oscar’s amazing foster homes for seeing him through his health needs so he could find the home he deserved. Thank you also to Vicki and Jacquie for […]
The cone is off and Oscar is hitting the trails these days, taking time to cool his paws as summer heats up.
Oscar’s been a good sport dealing with some of his bad luck, but now he’s on the mend and almost ready for his forever family. Here he is out hiking, nothing too strenuous, but as you can see he’s ready for some new adventures!
Ace and Oscar are becoming fast buddies while waiting for their forever families. This is Oscar cracking up at a joke that Ace doesn’t think is all that funny.
Recently Oscar gave his foster mom a few “pointers” on car repair as she took on the task of replacing a light on her car. Apparently he knows his way around a tool belt but prefers to play supervisor instead of being hands on. Go figure.
Oscar can’t catch a break. When he got the news that he tested positive for heart worm, he protested! No more bed rest! But even this can’t keep this cutie down, he’s still full of smiles and cuddles!
His leg surgery went well…only a few weeks left on bed rest, he’s doing his best!
Oscar’s surgery for his broken leg went well but now the hard part really begins. Keep calm and rested for 8 weeks!
