Kato – passed away August 2019

It is with deep sorrow that I announce the passing of our Kato (formally Romeo, adopted 2012). We were fortunate enough to have adopted him and have him part of our family. Kato was a “ gentle giant.” He was shy and subdued when we brought him home, but we were fortunate enough to watch him blossom. Jerry

Jerry came to us as a stray who unfortunately looked as if he hadn’t had a good meal in a while. Jerry is an older gentleman who was down on his luck..until one day (thankfully) he was found! Ziggie

Ziggie came into rescue with his sister Zoie, but he proved to be much less of a wild thing than Sis (whew!). This little guy is relatively calm for a GSP. He is smart and curious. When he’s not exploring new places and things, he loves to just hang out in the sun. No wonder his foster home decided to make this easy-going boy a permanent part of the family. Thanks, Craig and Karen for fostering and adopting Ziggie.
