It is with a heavy heart that I let you know Bobby lost his battle with cancer. I adopted him from your organization when he was 3 years old. Next month he would have been 11. I was fortunate to have 8 wonderful years with him!! Once I adopted him, he immediately came to work with me on a daily basis. Since I work at a large skilled nursing facility, with training, he became our therapy dog. He was perfect for the job since he loved people. He was a natural! Besides the residents, staff would often come for pets & hugs (therapy) from him. He was a loyal, trusting companion. I couldn’t have asked for a better dog! He was content & happy, especially when running on the beach. For 8 years he spread love & joy to many.
