I am writing this email to let you know that we had to put our beloved Jewel to rest last Friday. We adopted Jewel from Norcal GSP 11 years ago: we fell in love with her the first time we met. She had transitional cell carcinoma and was unable to empty her bladder which left us no other option to alleviate her pain. She was the sweetest most amazing family member, and we are all heartbroken and missing her dearly. We thank you for the amazing work you all do and allowing us to adopt Jewel.
