A quick note to let you know Murphy passed away. We decided to put him down before he went through any more pain from his cancer, he was struggling to eat any food at all and even walking seemed like a struggle. He’d lost 12 lbs and it was just too heartbreaking to see him waste away. His last day was spent at the beach enjoying a steak :). We did the procedure at home on his favorite sofa and held him the whole time, it was very peaceful (but still so devastating). Thank you all again for bringing him into our lives. We consider ourselves very lucky to have had him, even if for only 3 years. We really loved him.– Regina P.
